Early in my journey as a clinic owner, I realized that many healthcare clinics functioned more like co-ops — good people working hard independently, but without the benefit of true collaboration.
Over time, we made a conscious shift toward building something different.
Weekly team meetings. Shared learning. Therapy skills practice sessions. 1:1 mentorship. Open conversations. Celebrating wins together. Supporting each other through challenges.
And honestly… it transformed not only the experience for our clients, but the experience of coming to work every day.
As Spring Physiotherapy prepares to move into an integrated health space in Dartmouth this summer, we’re excited about the next chapter of growth for our team and community.
Our new location is being designed to support both clients and clinicians with: •
- A modern, welcoming treatment environment
- Strong collaboration between providers
- A positive, team-based culture
- A growing active client base
- Space to help shape and grow services together
We’re beginning conversations with Registered Massage Therapists who may be interested in joining our team in a flexible part-time role starting in August or September 2026.
This could be a great fit for an RMT who:
- Enjoys collaboration and interdisciplinary care
- Values a supportive and respectful work environment
- Wants flexibility and sustainability in their schedule
- Loves helping people stay active, mobile, and independent
We believe great care happens when clinicians feel supported, respected, and able to practice sustainably.
