Are You "Fit for Life"?

1. Assessment

You’ll meet with one of our experienced physiotherapists to discuss what activities you are currently doing, any areas of concern you have re: discomfort/stiffness and what your activity goals are.

After this discussion, your physiotherapist will complete an individualized screen of your physical health – examining your strength, mobility and balance to determine if there are any gaps needing your attention.

2. Action Plan

If there are any areas of concern, your physiotherapist will provide treatment options for you to reduce your risk of pain and injury. 

That’s not all!  Your physiotherapist may even create a personalized home exercise program – specific to your needs!  You will leave with a few exercises to work on at home and online access to your individualized program

If appropriate, you may be referred to our small group fitness classes

3. Repeat

We will set you up with a physiotherapist every 6 months (one in the Spring and one in the Fall) to ensure you are ready for the activities coming in the months ahead. Making sure you never miss a golf season or a ski hill.

Our Guest Services Team will provide you with calendar reminders so you can set it and forget it.

We recommend meeting with your physiotherapist twice a year to ensure you are ready for all that life has to offer.
