We’re back in-clinic to offer you physiotherapy sessions! Keeping scrolling to read what new protocols we have added to ensure your safety during your in-clinic appointment.
Our space is organized to create discrete treatment areas for each client to have plenty of space for their treatment.
Each area is set up with a treatment table, exercise mat or using a chair; limiting the need to move around the space.
All equipment is available for use as required. To allow for appropriate physical distancing, equipment is spaced at least 2 meters apart.
You will receive a COVID-19 risk assessment screen email 24 hours prior to your appointment. If the screen is not passed, appointments can be changed to the virtual model or postponed.
Upon entry, all clients and staff are screened each day to ensure they have no known risk factors for COVID-19 exposure.
To promote a safe environment for all, all clients and staff will wear masks at all times
Upon arrival at the clinic, clients will wait to be brought in by an assistant or therapist. They will then repeat the COVID-19 screening and be taken directly to the hand washing station.
The client is guided to the discreet treatment area for their appointment and the therapist will be notified of their arrival.
The therapists wash their hands (as they always did) between clients and after equipment use.
All equipment that is used by the therapist and/or client is disinfected by our assistant using a Health Canada approved virucidal spray.
We encourage payment via no or low touch means. We ask client to exit out the side door whenever possible to minimize traffic through the main lobby.
