It’s never been easier to “get” to class!

Chair Strength & Mobility

This NEW 45-minute class will get you moving without having to get up and down from the floor! It will incorporate strength and mobility exercise from both seated and standing positions. It will include upper and lower body strength, balance and core work! All you need is a chair (a kitchen chair works great!); light weights may also be incorporated if you have them (cans, water bottles etc work well too!)

$20+HST each 45-minutes

Zoomer FIT Class

This 45-minute exercise class will give your strength and balance a boost! It is a great way to keep your healthy habits going or ease into things! This class will involve getting up and down from the floor.

$20+HST each 45-minutes

Reboot for Replacements

This 45-minute class is designed for anyone who has had at least one hip or knee replacement. Following a gentle warm-up, you will do a series of exercises designed to maximize the strength and stability around the replaced joint(s).

Pilates with Jana

This class blends Pilates and self myofascial tissue techniques to focus on improving your posture and deep core strength. To attend this virtual class you must have some Pilates experience.

$20+HST each 60-minutes
Saturdays at 10am (Jana)

GLA:D Drop-In

This class is strictly for clients that have completed the GLA:D Pro- gram for hip or knee osteoarthritis at Zoomers. It is a chance to review and progress exercises as well as trouble-shoot any issues that are arising. The workout will be independent but supervised by Laura.

$15+HST each 60-minutes

How does it work?

Let us know you’re coming by phone or email at least 24 hours in advance. We will email you a link in Zoom Meetings to join the class. We have set up all of our virtual classes as “Drop-Ins”, there is no multi-week commitment required.

What do I need?

Tech: You will need to connect to the internet through a laptop/tablet/phone that has a camera. Laptops are probably easiest for positioning but whatever you have will work!
Props: You will receive class-specific information for useful tools to have at hand; you will be able to participate without any specific exercise equipment.

How do I pay?

After you attend a class, we will email you an invoice with the details. Payment via e-transfer works best and we are set up for auto deposit (no password required!) – we can talk you through it or find an alternative plan if need be!
