Shania has just graduated from Dalhousie University with her Masters in physiotherapy. She is originally from Newfoundland, where she completed her bachelors of kinesiology in 2017.
From a young age, Shania has led an active lifestyle through gymnastics, cheerleading, and resistance training. This helped build her motivation to teach others about the benefits of being active to help prevent and/or rehab injury, increase longevity, decrease pain, and remain the best version of yourself at any age. She enjoys meeting new individuals and working with them to determine the most effective and meaningful way to meet their different goals. Shania encourages using exercise and education as a way to understand how the body functions and how to keep it working at its full unique potential. She is interested in continuing her education as she begins her career through research and post-graduate courses. Shania also enjoys being outdoors, baking, and spending time with her family and friends.
