During this session, Lindsey will review the most common injuries that can develop while playing tennis. Such as shoulder impingement, tendinopathy at the elbow, lower limb muscle sprain or strain and ankle sprain
She’ll arm you with a few key exercises that should help to reduce the chances of injury.
