Join Lindsey, one of our incredible Physiotherapists here at Zoomers, as she covers what injuries we may encounter in tennis and why, and what we can do to help ourselves during this FREE interactive session. There will be lots of opportunity to have all your questions answered. If you missed part 1, not to worry! Lindsey will provide a recap before we start part 2.

It’s tennis season and you may have increased your tennis time already (especially now that the courts have reopened).

During this session, Lindsey will review the most common injuries that can develop while playing tennis. Such as shoulder impingement, tendinopathy at the elbow, lower limb muscle sprain or strain and ankle sprain

She’ll arm you with a few key exercises that should help to reduce the chances of injury.
