It’s tennis season and you may have increased your tennis time already (especially now that the courts have reopened).

This session is going to talk about the demands of tennis and what the risk factors of injury are when playing. It will also cover a few tips and tricks on what we can do to reduce our chances of injury.

Risk Factors

Playing Tennis can cause injury by repetitive stress, poor technique, training error, previous injury, lack of cardiovascular fitness, lack of flexibility and strength. Listen to Lindsey on how you can minimize these risk factors in our latest presentation.

Stay Safe on the Court

We want to make sure you’re safe on the court this season by reducing the risk of the above. Lindsay will walk you through tips on technique, fitness, flexibility and strength, training and managing previous injury to help reduce chances of injury.
