Live Classes

To ensure you get the most out of our time with us, it’s important that we can see you throughout the class! This allows us to give you feedback throughout the workout & make adjustments as needed.

To allow for this, we suggest that you set up your camera directly in front of you, in an area that allows us to see your full body! (You may need to take a few steps back from the device).

To follow along with the exercises and have your class instructor on your big screen, have your zoom video settings set to “speaker view.” We will also ask everyone mute their video so the instructor will be the only video displayed on your screen to allow for an easier view of the exercises. However, if you have a question at any time, please feel free to unmute and ask questions!

**If you do not have any weights available to you in your home, soup cans or something of a similar size work great as well! We also have small weights available for sale at the clinic. However, weights are not needed as the exercises can be performed using body weight only if that is preferred.
