At this point in the season, if you have a garden, you have probably spent some time starting to get things ready for planting or perhaps have even taken the plunge and popped some plants into the ground already.

We want to make sure you keep yourself safe while gardening.

Gardening is a surprisingly physical task.  Additionally, we tend to do it for long periods of time with limited rest and lack of attention to our positioning.  These factors can make the experience less enjoyable as we start to experience neck and back pain either during or after spending time in the garden.
